Our remote service is the best way to interact with our customers efficiently and timely. Nearly 70% of the repairs we deal with can be done remotely, whether its a virus removal, pop ups, error messages, a slow PC, or even intermittent crashes. To begin the remote session, follow the simple steps below:

1. Choose the link below to download our remote program that best fits your type of system! (Download should take between 5 to 20 seconds depending on your internet speed)

2. Once the download has finished, you will notice a file titled "Teamviewer_QS" or "Teamviewer Quick Support", please click to open and Run the file if asked.

3. Once you have Run the program the next pop up will appear asking to Allow the program to make changes to your computer, please click Yes.

4. You will now see a given ID and PW on a small box, provide those numbers to us and we will assist you!
