Board-level work
Some faults are not a part you can swap.
A phone that will not charge may have a damaged charging IC rather than a worn port. A laptop with no power may have a shorted rail rather than a dead battery. Telling those apart means measuring the board, not replacing parts until something works.

Advanced repair work is performed in-house where applicable.
Microsoldering is slow work: magnification, hot air, fine tips, and the board's own power rails followed until a reading stops making sense. Sometimes the answer is one shorted component. Sometimes a board is past saving, and we say so rather than sell you a repair.

What testing costs
Phone and tablet diagnostic: $49, credited toward the repair when you approve it. Computer diagnostic: $99, credited toward the repair when you approve it.

What comes after the repair
Standard repair warranty: 30 days unless stated otherwise on your ticket. Some phone screen options carry a 90-day warranty; the warranty depends on the part you choose.

Custom PC builds
Spec the machine, part by part.
Start from a suggested build for gaming, creative work, home office, AI or streaming, or choose every component yourself. As you pick, the builder watches the things that sink a first build: CPU socket against the board, memory support, card and cooler clearance inside the case, and whether the power supply has the wattage and the right connectors.
Your choices are held in the address bar, so the list can be sent to a friend or sent to the shop for a quote. How we handle custom builds

Workstations and laptops, printers, network gear and Wi-Fi, mailboxes, backups, and the machine nobody can log into any more.
Trade-ins
Done with your old phone?
Bring in the phone or tablet you have stopped using and we will look at it for purchase. The terms, in full:
- Cash is available. Store credit and other payment types may be offered, and store credit may be higher.
- Damaged, cracked, water-damaged, carrier-locked and financed devices may be considered.
- Ownership and status verification may be required. Activation locks must be removed before purchase.
- Photo ID is preferred but not strictly required.
- Not every device submitted will be purchased.
- We do not buy lost or stolen devices.

IGeek is a great place to get your iPhone repaired. I thought that I needed a new charging port for my iPhone 11, but they were able to make my phone charge by just cleaning out the port. I highly recommend iGeek! Trenton always does a great job.

Turned in my 2016 macbook pro because of "death/black screen". Tried everything I could to turn it back on but nothing bothered. This shop was quick with the fix at a reasonable price. Highly recommend these guys if you ever have any issues with tech! Thank you folks🤙🏽

I brought in a custom-built pc that wasn't receiving any power. I thought it was a psu issue but turns out it was a faulty motherboard. iGeek replaced my motherboard and noticed that the original motherboard was fine, but my cpu was faulty. They not only replaced my cpu but also upgraded it, then powered and put my pc back together with better cable management. I highly recommend iGeek the staff is very kind and understanding 👍.
